Federale Stene adds colour for the kids of Petra

For Mandela Day, Federale Stene assisted Petra Home-Based Care in Mhluzi, Middelburg. This worthy non-profit provide meals for the children as well as a safe space for them to do their homework.

“Their facility is in dire need of improvement and is an ongoing project for Federale as there is so much that needs attention,” explains marketing executive Natasha Bird.

“The kids' playground was very dull so we coordinated with other companies in the area to add some colour to the facility, and sponsor extra playground equipment for them as well as books, toys and food parcels.

“We are also sponsoring clay bricks for the boundary wall,” she concludes.
