Algoa donates paving to Khayalethu Youth Centre
Algoa Brick has donated R50 000 for road paving to Khayalethu Youth Centre in Port Elizabeth. This hard-working organisation provides intervention programmes and alternative care for street children, specifically boys, between the ages of 8 and 18. They follow a holistic and developmental approach with the ultimate aim of re-socialisation and family re-unification.
In thanking Algoa Brick, Dr Marietjie van der Merwe reported: "Our paved road is such a blessing and is used every day. It makes our property look well maintained and we are looking forward to the next phase. Thanks so much for being part of the growth and improvements of Khayalethu.
"You are part of a puzzle that makes a life-changing picture," she concludes. "Thank you from all of us."
